Wellness days are something I’ve been working on for a while now. A morning to get together with other people in the community and practice some of my favourite things - pilates and yoga.
🤸♀️ Pilates is perfect for those beginning or getting back into exercise, to balance an intense workout schedule, and to prevent injury and pain. Pilates uses a range of positions to work on body control. The benefits are endless and the best way to practice is in a face to face environment with a qualified instructor to experience these benefits.
🧘 Yin Yoga is a beautiful, gentle practice of slow movement where poses are held for 1-5 minutes, and focuses on stillness, something most of us are uncomfortable with. A meditative practice that stresses the connective tissue.
Bring both of these forms of exercise together and you have the perfect morning. I can’t wait to see you all on the mat and experiencing this wonderful movement. Grab some friends and come for a fun morning!

On the day

It is recommended you eat something small prior to attending as brunch will not be served until 11.15am. Yin yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach and eating is not recommended 2 hours prior to practice

All props and coffee/brunch will be supplied (picture a yummy brunch grazing board) and fully included in the price.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket/towel. We will have spares available on the day.
